Enjoy England http://www.enjoyengland.com This is the official tourism website for England and has activities and attractions for all tastes. From food and wine to rural escapes to heritage and culture to relaxing breaks.
Tourist Net UK http://www.touristnetuk.com/Activity/index.htm This page from Tourist Net will be very helpful for those looking to get outdoors. They have listings for fishing, cycling, sailing, golfing, climbing, canoeing, paintballing, windsurfing, riding, walking and more.
Tourist Information Centres http://www.touristinformationcentres.com An independent site with a huge collection of information all over the UK. Details activities, historical buildings, sports, health spas, parks, gardens, restaurants and much, much more.
Sherpa Expeditions http://www.holidayuk.co.uk/walking/sherpa.htm This site will appeal to everyone who loves exploring the countryside on foot or by bicycle. Self-guided and escorted tours around Britain and Ireland. Tours range from 3 to 15 days.
